Over the past ten years, I have visited Jitters frequently and have sampled many of their drinks, soups, bagel sandwiches, and cookies. Ever since they did away with chili in a bread bowl a few years back, their food has been entirely mediocre. There is also better coffee to be found in Eagle River. So why do I go back... more
