I think that you can actually see the end of the earth from the 3rd floor of the Mnuw. Rooms are modern and comfortable, pretty well maintained. No night life in Yap. Few other places to eat, other than Oasis and Trader Ridge across the street. Enjoyed Scuba Diving and Snorkeling with Manta Divers. Well run on site dive center. more

The natives of Yap originally used stone wheels for money. the value of each wheel was established by the difficulty in getting the stone to the island.
