We stayed here twice during our trip. Once on the way to the Yukon, then again on the way back. Great little cabins. Nice decor. Clean. Wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. The owner of the establishment lives on the premises and is delightful. We hope to visit Alaska again and will definately stay here. There are only a few cabins,... more

Very firendly staff, ask to stay in the new part in the back, We stayed in both the newer and older on different stays and found both to be clean. Love having laundry avail as we were travelling with kids. Breakfast was provided and was great - lots of choice incl fresh fruit etc. Also went to the Grumpy GrizZ... more

The Burnt Paw and Cabins is located along the Alaska Highway half way between Anchorage and Whitehorse Yukon. If you are planning to drive between these two points, it makes sense to stop. I was glad I did. The cabins are rustic on the outside complete with sods roofs. However once you are inside, you have all the amenities of... more

Attractive, clean, and comfortable cabins-- rustic on the outside but modern on the inside (including television, stall shower, double sinks, and table and chairs ), with Alaskan themed decor. (There's no fridge in the room, but the owner let us use the freezer in the storage room.) The property includes lots of nice touches, like a dog kennel with puppies,... more

This is a pet-friendly motel along the Alaska Highway. It's co-located with Fast Eddie's Restaurant, which is an Alaskan institution. My room was incredibly clean. The bathroom was small, but again, very clean. The only down side to this hotel is the thinness of its walls. I traveled with two cats, and very much appreciated that fact that the beds... more

We happened to be going through Tok twice on a recent trip, and ate 3 meals at Fast Eddy's. Each was great, and each time we ended up with much more food than we needed. They have an extensive menu (many healthy choices in addition to the deep-fried items so common in small-town diners), local beers, & attentive service (even... more

We stayed at the Westmark Tok as part of a Holland America Cruisetour. First I need to say that there's not much in Tok. It's an area of services on the Alaska Highway. It was just an overnight stop. That being said, the hotel went out of its way to make us feel comfortable and at home. The room was... more

Well maintained old Alaskan Lodge. When you approach the lodge it appears to be a small town but the lodge, bar and restaurant are all seperate giving the appearance. The lodge is very intriguing and historic. The food was exceptional... some of the best that we had in Alaska. The staff and Marshall family was very kind. Wouldn't hesitate staying... more

Having traveled from Seattle through Canada enroute home to Wasilla, Alaska, we stayed @ several hotels. One of which had a 5 star rating. We cringed @ the uncleanliness & dumpy accommodations. The Mooseberry Inn B&B was an oasis for these two weary travelers. Our room was absolutely lovely. We felt as though we'd stepped over into Tuscany,Italy. Maggie is... more

After our disappointng stay at Chena Hot Springs Resort we were on the road again heading to Tok to visit with friends. We had a late start due to a late tour and arrived at Caribou Cabins around 8 pm. I was totally FRAZZLED! The owner greeted us and told us to relax! The check in went smooth and was... more

We had originally intended to stay somewhere else, but when we tried to reserve that place, over 4 months in advance, it was already booked. If you want your choice of accommodations in Tok, book early! The other place recommended the Snowshoe Motel, so we followed their advice. The Snowshoe Motel has a great location, right on the Alaska Highway... more

B&B "done just right"! That's what we can say about Maggie & Damon's Mooseberry Inn. Others can take lessons from Maggie! Yes, we loved our stay and highly recommend this new and wonderful B&B. Come to breakfast hungry and ready for a top-notch meal, complete with enjoyable conversation with your host who clearly loves making your visit very special indeed. more

The Golden Bear does not look as good as the pictures in the pictures on the web. No bed bugs or clenliness issues but dingy, threadbear and old. Very cheap looking (as is much of Tok) but you just about have to stay in Tok if you are driving to or from Dawson, Whitehorse or Glenallen. Look carefully at the... more

We enjoyed our stay at this historic lodge. The decor was intriguing and seemed authentic. The floor slanted in our room but the plumbing worked great and it had free horseshoes and internet. We were thrilled with finding this place also since there are very few options on the east side of the Denali Highway. more

The friendly atmosphere and warm hospitality we found at this B&B in Tok, Alaska was outstanding. Our hosts, Maggie & Damon and family, made our stay even more special. Thank you! The furnishings and decor are beautiful and welcoming - the breakfast was yummy - and I'll look forward to a return visit. I would happily recommend A Mooseberrry Inn... more

This motel is the category of "cheap and expensive". The toilet in the first room was so dirty my wife refused to use it, so we moved to another room, where the cleanliness was only slightly better. This is where you stay when there is no where else to go. more

An excellent overnight stay. The owners are building 4 cabins in the grounds of their own house. two are finished and have been in use since 2007.
