I read the recent reviews on this website and agree with most....the 'pushy' reservations agent, isolation desert area, guard gate did not have us on record to present a welcome pass, receptionist was "ice cold"-seemed to be working from a record book, bell staff were most accommodating and friendly. Site: quite with vegetation, have seen animals (rabbits, javalinas, birds), possible to do nice walks on this site; pool at the spa is quiet and pleasant Rooms (casitas): they need some renovation; a little bit old fashion. However villas ans haciendas seem great Very good service and nice staff Over all good value more
