This was the home of the original Savoy hotel in the 1900's. Just reopened in 2009, this hotel is magnificent! Congratulations to Inversiones Rosental of Rosario, you have done a superb job. I'll keep this simple. Fantastic hotel, great staff. Check out my photos, they speak for themselves. There is a fancy hotel at City Center, but it's anything but in the center of the city, it's on the outskirts - fine if you are just going to be spending time at the casino or convention center. I had been in Argentina 15 days and a week in this hotel. The service and the room was perfect. There was only two of hardworkers that speak english but they was so nice with us. The city is so beautiful, I like it more than Buenos Aires. more
