I am dismayed to read some of the reviews of both the lodge and the village. Do people realize that this is a remote place at the BOTTOM of the Grand Canyon? Everything comes in/goes out by horse-mule-helicopter. So maybe the lobby furniture is old - are they supposed to fly in new couches on a regular basis? Horses and... more
