The worst customer service we have ever experienced in any resort/hotel. Traveling with a service dog & treatment was very rude, even hostile. more

Grand Canyon Railway Hotel

After reading some negative reviews about this hotel, I was a little concerned, but I found our rooms to be clean and comfortable. The beds were excellent, and we were able to sleep well.
