Stayed here for 2 weeks, 3rd June 2008 onwards. First impressions once out of the airport, terrible. Dirty, rubbish everywhere. Hotel check in quite quick. Room very disappointing, small although with balcony the view was out towards the sea with area of scrubland ! Patio furniture, something that you would get from the £1 shop. We arrived on June 3rd, the heat hit us as we got off the plane. The bus to the hotel was very appytly named "Tom Jones", and we are Welsh the rep at the airport thought this was really funny. the island from first impressions was very poor, but it is a third world country. Wow ! when we arrived... more

This place was AMAZING! So amazing i went 3 years in a row. The service was excellent. The food was fantastic (5 restaurants + room service menu). 7 pools (kids, olympic, bar/waterfall, wave, water slide and one for each tower (north and south), jacuzzi, the resort joins the beach + there is a lagoon and water sports.
