Very clean and comfortable room. Pleasant management personnel. Bed was comfortable. A/C Heater unit was a little on the noisy side and the only reason I am rating a 4 instead of 5. We stayed at this Best Western during a cross-country trip with our dog. (Best Westerns are pet-friendly.)
