Cedar Lodge is a nice, moderately priced hotel 8 miles from Yosemite's Arch Rock (El Portal) entrance. We stayed Dec 29 to 30th in a large room with 2Q and a pull out couch. This B&B is superbly located. It lies almost immediately outside the park gates in El Portal and is about the closest place you could possibly stay to the central valley that is outside the gates.
