We went at end of summer and it was sweltering. They have no air conditioning. The place is pretty much a dump but the location is pretty great. more

I've been going to Dizz's since the mid 1980s, and it has always been my favorite restaurant in town. Since that time, Laguna has grown and now has many fine restaurants, but I maintain that Dizz's is still the best, and relative to the others, is a great value. What a great bistro atmosphere, a little noisy but fun. The food and the service was excellent. The dishes are small, on purpose, so you order something, talk, then order something else. Imagine an oversized tapa. Upstairs an open air bar overlooking the ocean. Terrific!!!!!!!!!!!! more
