Great staff with excellent customer service. Exceptionally clean room with refrigerator and electronic safe box not to mention private balcony allowed me to view the spectacular city view and seeing the airplane at the runway was a fun. The $25 entrance fee is steep (one of the more expensive attractions we visited on our 2 week trip). We roamed around the top decks for a while trying to avoid the wasps swarming.
