It's a clean room, Internet access for a small charge, and it's cheap. What more do you expect? And yes, it's on an intersection of two noisy highways and one of the intercontinental railroads runs by it on the other side of one of those highways. The Desert Inn is a reminder of early road trips. The room is sqeaky clean with wi-fi, fridge, microwave TV, and coffee machine. The service is friendly. A perfect stopover on a cross country drive. more

We arrived after dark in Mojave after a long, tiring day driving from Tucson.
