Great hotel that I acquired via Priceline. Good location near enough to freeway for access but without freeway noise. Nice safe area of Salinas. Huge room with full kitchen. IF you are in the Salinas area, I would highly recommend a visit- it is definitely worth it. I wasn't sure IF I would like it but we were glad we went. It was about Steinbeck as well as the area so it's not just entirely about him. The museum is extremely well done. It took us about 1.5 hours... more
