We stopped in early on a Tuesday night and were one of the first served... there were only a few people eating. Chef Paul greeted us at the door and personally made sure we were accomodated. We decided to have the Chicken TIkka Masala, Beef Rib Eye, and Saag Paneer with Nan... and of course my favorite drink: Mango Lassi.... more

I eat at Pasta Jay's whenever I am in Boulder and love their veggie cannelloni. Pasta Jay's is one of those restaurants where you get consistently good food, a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, and attentive, friendly service. In my view Pasta Jay's over delivers on a simple promise of classic Italian food at a reasonable price. more
