I thought this was going to be a great hotel for the Fourth of July weekend. The hotel's location was right off of the main street and close to restaurants. Royal Gorge Bridge and Park

My suggestion is going during December. Our admission tickets were buy 1 get 1 1/2 off! We were the only ones on the bridge for quite awhile. As well as the only ones in the tram across the gorge. All the concessions were closed, but the main gift shop was open. We saw wildlife, great views and best of all... more

Expensive room, no extras...... Comfortable bed, indoor pool with hot tub and shower to rinse off. Chili's and Denny's within walking distance. View from the room wasn't good. Laundry mat on second floor. Hot breakfast (free) pretty good. Quiet & clean. more
