Great service, great conversation from waitresses and great atmosphere. Kip's is a great place to go after you get off the slopes and need an affordable meal and an affordable cocktail. Can't wait to go back to Pagosa so i can visit Kip's. more

My family of 4 adults tried to have dinner here. The place was pretty full, but not packed. We seated ourselves, got the menu's ourselves and waited, waited, waited for service. The 2 busy waitresses never bothered to great us. No water, no drinks, not even an "I'll be right with you", nada. We were hungry, so after about 10-15... more
