The carpet was dirty, had an odor. The bathroom floor was dirty, the bedding did not feel clean, the light over the door on the outside stayed on all night, to much light for the indside of the room. We booked our hotel on the Best Western website. For the $129.00 we paid, it is definitely not worth it. The rooms are renovated and were clean however The restaurant next door was old and quite run down. There was work going on here and the pool is non existent. Best Western, keep your travellers informed and updated please. more
