We went to the Chowder Pot in November, 2009. The ambience of this restaurant is fantastic but the food isn't. Maybe some of the dishes are good but mine wasn't. I ordered steamed clams that were the cheap quahogs with siphons on them. The quahogs were tough and chewy and I returned them for a fried combination of shrimp/scallops and... more

Linden Point House is perfection itself. Beautiful views of the Thimble Islands on the Long Island Sound. Lots of diversions--restaurants, walking paths, boating--within walking distance. It's really a wonderful place. We will be back. more

The first thing I should say is that I don't like Mexican food. Constant companion does like it so I checked Su Casa's menu online before consenting to eat there. I ordered the NY strip steak, accompanied by sauteed vegetables, a baked potato and a salad. Everything was tasty and the steak was cooked rare, exactly as I wanted it.... more
