Wow - this hotel has been open for one week... the staff are still learning a few things but are so gracious & open - you can only WANT to give them a few extra moments to get everything right. We have been to this spa a few times before and never had a problem. We went there on Christmas Day because it was the only spa open in the area. My husband had a massage and a facial. Neither was up to par and he was very disappointed. But the worst part was they billed my debit card twice... more
