Our boat driver, Capt. Dennis told us to check this place out...we are so glad we did! For lunch I had a lovely plate of salmon picatta with capers and artichokes in a lemon herb sauce ($12.95!) and hubby had a delicious grouper sanwich. This was our first trip to St. Pete's Beach. We selected this hotel because of price, ratings and reviews. If you have small kids, the beach in front of the hotel gradually enters the gulf and the sand truly is almost shell free and just like powdered sugar. “Greasy fish with gobs of batter”

Hard to tell if it really is Grouper. It is so loaded with batter and is greasy. The service was good and the atmosphere is nice. The employees are cheerful and the prices are ok if they actually put a quality fish on the table. Their grouper, it fails in my opinion. more
