To keep this short, the 1 bedroom suite that my family occupied was showing a lot of wear & needs some serious updating. All bedding and furniture was stained with who knows what, sofa bed was rickety & the suite in general was not clean(hair in corners, crumbs on kitchen countertops, etc).
