Tropical Storm Fay is stalled off the central Florida coast, bringing torrential rains that have caused flooding in many areas. The storm is forecast to linger before heading back over Florida and moving north. It is not expected to become a hurricane. There is a tropical storm warning from Fort Pierce, Florida, north to the Savannah River in Georgia.

Stalvey's has some of the best BBQ ribs around: tender, with a wonderful smoky hickory flavor all by themselves -- no sauce needed! Their fried shrimp is also superb, better than some I have had at Florida seaside restaurants. It's very fresh and the coating is not too heavy.
