I can't believe some of the bad reviews here. The room was very clean, there was no bad smell and yes towels are provided! We stayed here for the Chicago Marathon. My sister and I decided to use our Choice rewards points for a hotel in the Chicago area instead of staying at where we normally stay. Hilton right? Close to the airport right? Beautiful pictures right? NOPE. This did not hold the standards of a name brand hotel, was in a ghetto scary area, and the rooms were horrible!
