I booked this hotel becuase I actually thought it was a different one. The hotel is old and it shows. The room heat was very difficult to control and if you turned it off you could feel the cold air coming into the room. Attended meetings from out of town last week and staff could not have been more accomodating. Conference center is spacious with adequete AV, tech center very convenient with attendant eager to assist. The coffee break areas had a nice assortment food that changed throughout the day.
