Smoke is the #1 factor that keeps me away from casinos. It was nice to be able to spend some time at a casino, sitting at affordable blackjack tables $10 with a super nice dealer. Thoroughly enjoyed my night out, even though I didn't win anything. Hey Harrahs, if you want people to come back, let them win a little... more

Although we enjoyed our time in the town of Metropolis, the Holiday Inn Express was very underwhelming. Ladybugs (about eight total) in our 3rd floor room, hallway smelled strongly of smoke and one front desk clerk in particular was not very friendly. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are on 3rd floor and it's not a good mix. Also the pool/fitness area... more

This casino and hotel is so far below normal standards that it was truly amazing. The upper floors of the casino boat had super soft flooring. The carpet is ripped, the walls damaged, and the filth has just been piled on. There was no one to wait on you regarding questions. They may as well just shove this boat down... more
