Comfort Inn

The hotel was ok, no elevators. After checking our credit card statement the next month, I discovered that we were charged a seperate fee of $10.00 that was not on our bill when we left the hotel. I called and inquired about this charge. After many long distance phone calls, I was finally told it was because I stole a... more

I stayed three nights with my parents and my 7-year-old daughter at the Hampton Inn in Batesville. We had a great experience! I had booked a double room with a refrigerator/microwave. When we got there, the room assigned to us was on the 2nd floor. This was a problem since there is no elevator and my father is disabled. The... more

This was a very comfortable stay. I had a room on the first floor. Breakfast was good- usual things found on the breakfast bar of a Hampton Inn. I didn't use the pool, but it looked well kept. Very easy to get to- a nice little Mexican resteraunt across the parking lot. Desk staff was nice- check in/out was easy.... more

I'm just going to repeat what all of the other reviews have said about this place, it's just fantastic. My wife and I stayed at Stonebridge over the weekend of May 16-18, celebrating our anniversary. We've done B&B's before, but never one quite like this. The rooms were very clean, and very nice. The spa treatments were great. If you... more

You’re not renting a room at The Stonebridge Inn; you're a guest in an elegant mansion. Just ½ mile off of I-74 in Batesville, IN, The Stonebridge Inn and Spa is a destination in itself. This historic home overlooks beautifully manicure grounds. The choice is yours: sit out on the front porch swing, cuddle up by the fireplace, pull up... more

My husband and I have been married 8 yrs. and have stayed at numerous B&B's. We have enjoyed many of them, but we have never had such a delightful stay anywhere else as we did at Stonebridge. They had so many amazing, caring, and special touches. The details were just enchanting. Seth and I have 5 children, seven and under.... more

My wife and I just returned from Stonebridge after a 5 night stay which included New Year's Eve. The property and rooms are very special and unlike any Bed and Breakfast we have experienced before. The Hillebrand Suite was very spacious and was a perfect place to relax and unwind as we looked to 2008. The spa was also a... more

My boyfriend and I just returned from a three-night stay at Stonebridge Inn and Spa in Batesville, Indiana -- what a cozy, luxurious, romantic place to spend our New Year's vacation! The large historic home was originally owned by the mayor of Batesville and was converted into a B&B in 2006. The first evening we treated ourselves to a couples... more

My husband and I have visited a lot of elegant inns -- from New England to Seattle, Washington -- and never have we had such an incredibly warn and welcoming experience as the one we just had at the Stonebridge Inn and Spa in Batesville, Indiana. First let me say that we were surprised to find such a well-appointed inn... more

We had 19 people from our family meet for lunch at the winery. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, menu relatively extensive for such a small place, and the restaurant and grounds were well-kept and pretty. We didn't have time for a tour of the winery although a few from our group did take advantage... more

This is a bare bones hotel. Also beware, this is NO elevator so if you are booked on the second floor, you have to lug your bags up long stairs. The are very few tv channels, the breakfast is just fair. It is near to some food places such as Diary Queen, McDonald's, etc. However, there really isn't much in... more
