We have gone to Grayson lake many times to camp. After going to Fallsburg Campground with cable hookup and the beautiful falls to look at. We will never go back to Grayson. Fallsburg is only about an hour away from Grayson. Nothing to do at Grayson campground. You can fish or go swimming at Falls campground more
