We stayed here and at a much more expensive hotel in downtown Louisville. This hotel would be my top choice when I return. The service was excellent, the linens top notch, the food good and reasonable, lots of free parking, access to a close shopping mall. The rooms were spotless and well maintained. more

Have a drink in the beautiful, historic lobby, but don't stay here. The carpet is threadbare, the wallpaper is peeling, the linens are very old. more

The service was very good, in especial, the attention of the Assistant Tony Santora. He has a can do attitude to everything that we request and performs his job in a professional manner. more
