The cookies I ordered from Upper Crust looked HORRIBLE! The icing was literally slapped on the cookie with no decoration at all. Some of the cookies were also broken and you could tell that the cookie was broken at the store and iced separately and put in the box that way. I had ordered a mermaid cookie cutter for them... more
