Okay, it's touted as a "cajun" restaurant, and supposedly a landmark-type of one. So why doesn't it serve, of all things, red beans and rice? And why doesn't it serve boudin? I asked for both of these and was told "We don't carry those on the menu." Well, why not??? Okay, maybe boudin is not as common, but red beans... more

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Microtel, Breaux Bridge. This new hotel is clean, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff is absolutely amazing. Probably the friendliest staff I've ever had in all my travels. Miss Rhonda, Miss Lisa, Mr. Shane . . . . everyone was great. I would highly recommend staying at the Breaux Bridge... more
