I booked online, waited a few days for the confirmation. The man I spoke to had not record of my booking the tour. He asked me how many people were in my party, then said no tour that day. We learned so much on this tour. Captain Coyote was great! Very knowledgeable, entertaining, and really good with the little kids on our tour. We got much more up close and personal with the alligators than I expected. This was a great opportunity for a tourist to get out of the French Quarter and learn more about the region. more
