This has to have been one of the dirtiest hotels we've ever stayed in. I wasn't even going to review it until I saw the other reviews that seemed to have had similar experiences. There were empty potato chip bags under the bed and bugs. Now that I know more about what bed bugs look like, I'd swear our room... more

We have been eating at Slidell Copeland's since the restaurant opened but stopped eating there after having problems with insects (flies) during the last four visits. If the management allows this in the public areas, I shutter to think about the conditions in the kitchen. more

The positives: 1. Cheap price if you book online. 2. Good location. The negatives: 1. Musty smell in room. 2. Worn out finishings. 3. Uncomfortable bed. 4. Dirty room, blood stains on hair dryer etc. 5. Limited breakfast. This was a hotel I picked based on other reviews and paid a good web only price. I would had canceled the... more
