We stayed here in early October, 2009. We loved the style of the house itself (Victorian), and the rooms were decorated in that same vein. We visited Moosehead Lake at the very end of the season - some of the restaurants closed Columbus Day, and we arrived just after. We picked the Moosehead Hills cabins sight-unseen through Travel Advisor, and were delighted. The property has been beautifully restored- the views are amazing but beyond that, I can't say that it was worth the $400 a night we paid.
