While traveling to visit some family the Grand Beach Inn surprised me. Location was right across from the beach and the weather was very favorable. My wife and I visited relatives in OOB during thanksgiving and stayed one night at the Seaview. For $76 (67+10 pet fee) our Annex studio room was very large in comparison to other OOB motels I have staid at, and impeccably clean. Having dined here twice and looking for a new place to enjoy a fine Thanksgiving meal, we chose The Landmark Restaurant for Thanksgiving this year. What a mistake!
