We tried to cancel our reservation more than 24 hours in advance and were told that the policy is to cancel within 48 hours and that we'd be charged for the rooms. I am a local in LaPlata, and Casey Jones is the nicest restaurant you will find in the town. There are restaurants in Waldorf, but this is the only good one in LaPlata. The prices are somewhat expensive, but the atmosphere is nice. I believe it is one of Washingtonion's best restaurants. more
