Yes, as an SPG member I do tend to be biased BUT...I was surprised at the condition of my room and the hotel staff. This hotel is supposed to be fairly new, which made it even more disappointing. My bathroom tub was dirty, the shower curtain was dirty, and the extra blanket was dirty and full of some other guests... more

We go in there on Thursday nights and it has its ups and downs as far as business. The waiters and waitresses and bartenders are very friendly and willing to help. more
