They cram as many people as possible onto the boats, shove the cars into spaces that are way too small for them, and take no responsibility for the knocks and scratches made by people trying to squeeze through tiny gaps carrying large bags etc. The experience is reminiscent of the London Tube at rush hour, only worse because the staff... more
