We arrived near 10pm after flying west to east coast. We were hungry and the only food on offer was junk food and nothing after 10pm. Our room was well decorated and comfortable but for the price I paid was disappointed. Even more so when the price didn't include breakfast. I think my main gripe is it wasn't good value... more

The approach to the hotel immediately disenchants with respect to the hotel expectation (as per web site photos): not a major hotel, but an usual outskirt hotel. Once arrived, when collecting a trolley for baggage inside the hall, nobody comes out for helping. There was an airplane crew checking in, with 2 employees at the front desk.
