We were told there were no smoking rooms like we reserved. After going to front desk about movie rental system not working we were told our box was missing from room and we would have to move. This was my favorite restaurant when I lived in Battle Creek. I love their sandwiches! Good menu, good prices, friendly staff. They have fun specials on both food & drinks. Went to an event at the hotel. Attended a great seminar by the company that booked the meeting room there. HOWEVER, I felt so bad for the girl that was conducting the seminar. Mold found in the pool area. No security I felt not safe in the hotel at night. Dirty carpet in the guest room and dirty lobby/breakfast area. I wont be back overall the Hotel is gross. Look really close at the pool area it will turn your stomach dont swim. more
