This is a beautiful property withe the most inept front desk one could have befallen. With the exception of Tyler, Molly and Jan, the whole lot should be tossed out. We stayed at this Ramada when visting Mall of America. The shuttle service to the mall was very convenient. The indoor pool was HUGE for a hotel pool. The wireless internet worked fine.
