This is a beautiful resort hotel with a very pretty lake view but the trains are unbelievable. I am surprised that people make light of this in their reviews. I will be totally honest. Stayed at AmericInn one night because of a funeral. Room was clean and convenient. Noise level from the train whistle was lower here than other hotels in the area. They need to spend money on new sheets and better beds - both were rough. The staff was friendly, self service breakfast was OK, rates were reasonable. more
