Poorest customer service I have ever received. I'm surprised these folks can stay in business. We had booked a two week stay, and we were put in a tiny rundown, outdated cabin. We complained, but our complaints fell on deaf ears. The location is beautiful, but please book at another resort. more

I could not agree more with the previous reviewer. Ely and the Boundary Waters are gorgeous and a must see. However, Steve the owner of the River Point Resort was rude and less than accommodating. He changed his pet policies after we booked our stay, he yelled at us for asking questions, and he had a fit about returning $12... more
