The park has a bison herd, cacti, a rock wall of unknown (prehistoric?) origins that lines up with the Sun on the equinoxes, and a grove that is one of the few places that Monarch Butterflies stop off in their migration. The pros: only hotel in Luverne, MN with an indoor pool and hot tub; free continental breakfast; free wireless high speed internet; polite staff; cable TV; conveniently located; coin-operated washer & dryer available (but we didn't use it so can't comment further). We have stayed here for years for family events and reunions. This is the nicest hotel in Luverne in my opinion and it is frequently filled.
