We crashed here on our way thru Memphis with a stop planned for the zoo. I was totally spazzed by the crime rate of Memphis and couldn't find a hotel under $100 that I felt safe staying with my kids. we were in holly springs july 30th we had seen where there was a lot of old houses and went to check it out.the town is pretty but not enough homes open for tours as in other towns that advertise.the tour is u getting a brochure and driving yourself around to see them.we did get to tour walters place house... more
