The Windsor Ruins is one extremely impressive site. You'll see nothing but 23 surviving columns, and some rusting railing, but it is a sight to behold. This home was built before the Civil War, and named "Windsor" apparently because of the sound the wind made as it passed by the columns. It survived that conflict undamaged because of its beauty.... more
