When several family members arrived for a funeral, there was total confusion as to which rooms everyone was to get. After 20 min., we finally received our card keys and checked the rooms which I specifically requested to be together and they were in 3 different corners of the hotel. Wow! Where do I begin? I was totally dissatisfied with my stay here! My brother got married here and had a "block" of rooms.
