Hotel is newest in Grand Island. Very nice, modern hotel. Good rates. Great location. Not too far from highway, and easy to find. Near shopping. more

The Motel 6 in Grand Island is a great value. The rooms are fairly bare bones...as in no coffee maker..which was a slight problem for my father..who is a coffee addict. That small thing definitely did not detract from the hotel though. The rooms were well priced and extremely clean. The hotel staff were also extremely professional and courteous. If... more

I was really impressed with this Hampton Inn of Grand Island. It isn't close to the interstate, but worth the 6 or so miles north on 281 to get to it. This property is less than two years old, but has a brand new feel. All of the standard Hampton amenities are present here, but I would say this hotel... more

My son and I stayed in this Holiday Inn Express for one night on our way from Detroit to Colorado Springs. It is right off the Freeway (I-80). The HIE stands adjacent to a traditional Holiday Inn which has a restaurant (the HIE itself does not). There are also a gas station and an Arby’s a few hundred feet down... more

Days Inn - Grand Island

Chose this because it allowed my cat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room has really aged carpet, beds, bedding and bathroom linens. The bathroom exhaust fan was exceptionally noisy. Only protein in the breakfast was milk. The venue does have an excellent small gym and a nice hot-tub. The tub is unfortunately located directly across from... more

The hotel was very clean. Pool was nicley heated. The Hot tub was too hot and on the second night the jets did not work. The Breakfast buffet was suppose to stay open until 11am they were closing it at 1030. Order off the menu you'll get a better deal. Great tea selection. People were nice. Until I told them... more

Texas T-Bone Steakhouse

We started with the buffalo wings they were tasty but not spicy. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with cheese. It was decenct nothing to really rave about. Our waitress was really nice and very respectable. I could do with out all the TVs in the back ground. It was hard to have a family meal with the family staring... more

Room 205 was nice size with worn-out furniture. Party next door, Room 207, started at 1:30am and ended about 4:30am. We think they rented out room to Bullwinkle (bar next door) patrons. We'll go elsewhere next time through. more

Amazing alternative to chain hotels. This b&b is located in a real neighborhood, which being from brooklyn was an appreciated refuge from all the corn fields.... I stayed in the cottage house, which was just perfect; cozy, comfortable, lots of little touches. The host, Lois, greated me with a homemade piece of cake and since I was leaving before breakfast... more

Comfort Inn

This is clean but older Comfort Inn. We stayed because other properties were either too expensive in comparison to this or had no vacancies. The room is large. Quite (except for the typically slightly intrusive heater fan). Beds/pillows are good. We asked to see the room before checking in. The clerk reluctantly allowed us to do so. I will probably... more

We booked the hotel as it was listed as 3 star property on Orbitz and were consequentially disappointed. The rooms are crammed, and -- while overall clean -- have seen better days. Soap/shampoo reminded me of eastern block hotels 20 years ago. We paid on the same trip less for a room on the way back in Lincoln (Quality Inn)... more

Texas T-Bone Steakhouse is going for a roadhouse feel with peanut shells on the floor and loud country music videos playing on TVs around the dinning room. It is noisier than I like, but has excellent food and service. I had a decent Caesar salad, 16 ounce ribeye, and steak fries for about $23. The steak was well cooked, had... more

we stayed here free with points as a stop-over on our way to Omaha. Gal at front desk was sweet and efficient. Room typical with 2 queens. A bit noisy as some guests were banging around late and a car outside our window roared their engine, but nothing we could control. We didn't stay for breakfast. Good value. It should... more

We reserved five rooms for our business stay. When we got to our rooms, four out of five did not have working heaters. Maintenance came up, and they were able to get two heaters working, but two of the rooms ended up with space heaters just so it was warm enough to sleep. I tried to turn on the television... more

Overall, I would recommend this hotel. This hotel is not right off the interstate, but then not much in Grand Island is. You have to drive in a bit to get to the town. This was a minor inconvenience as we were just making an overnight stop on a multi-day road trip. But, we found the hotel according to the... more

We were travelling cross-country when we stopped here for the night. It was 11 pm on a weeknight. I asked if they had king bed rooms. I was told that they did. I was also told the price verbally. The next morning, I found a receipt under the door. It was for $10 more than the price I was quoted.... more

The motel is close to the freeway exit and easy to get to. Our room was clean but a little crowded with two beds in it. It was a great value for the price. We stayed there one night with 4 adults in the room and paid only $49.99 plus tax. The free breakfast was really good. They offered hot... more

We changed our plans last minute during a cross country trip from RI to CO and were faced with a limited choice of available hotels in Grand Island, NE. We were travelling with an infant and stayed in room 122 with two queen beds and were not at all impressed. Sure, it was cheap, but I still expect a room... more

This was a nice room with an updated bathroom. The mattress was a bit hard, but the room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay here. There are many stores and decent restaurants in the area, so the location is very good. The bathroom has an extra-deep sink which makes the counter higher than average; I don't particularly care... more
