You would not believe the size of this prime rib. It was tasty, too! Good food, good service....neat atmosphere! Definately recommend Front Street if you are in Ogallala, NE. We did not get to see the show because they don't have it in the winter, but I am hoping to see it in the future. more

Front Street Steakhouse

The Front Street in Ogallala was a great place for us to stop on our way to Iowa from Denver. We left in the morning and stopped in there for lunch. There is a little museum attached and a shop called McKinzie's with some cool stuff, so plan a little extra time to browse, if you can. The food in... more
Boot Hill Cemetery

Ogallala is Nebrakska's Cowboy Capitol. Lots of history here from cattle drives that came here from Texas to be auctioned off to ranchers to stock the northern ranges. Boot Hill is worth a visit. It was Ogallala's only burying ground during the "end of the trail" period. Check out the "Trail Boss" statue on his horse. more
