Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites

We normally stay at this Holiday Inn Express when traveling in to visit family. I was really disappointed when I saw the condition of the hotel. The cleanliness of our room was questionable. When I took a shower the next morning, I noticed mold on the ceiling above the shower. We left around 1:00pm to spend the day with family.... more

I really don't see what everyone's problem is. Over the course of 3 nights, 4 days i stayed in 2 rooms (our account expired in one, so we just started another) which had everything you would expect in a budget hotel. My bed was fine, the sheets, which smelled fine, changed daily. The cleaning staff was very pleasant and nice... more
